Replay two policies

One stream, two policies, and the candidates they treat differently listed one by one. This runs the package's own simulator in your browser, on a generated week. It is the comparison to look at before changing a policy that is already sending to people.

Both policies below are the example files the command line reads, so this page andproactive-gate simulate --policy a --policy b are running the same comparison. Edit either one and run it again.
